Track the performance of your email campaigns with delivery and engagement metrics.
Accessing Analytics¶
Click Email Campaign Analytics in the Dashboard sidebar to view campaign performance data.
Available Metrics¶
Delivery Metrics¶
- Sent — total emails dispatched
- Delivered — emails successfully delivered to recipients
- Bounced — emails that failed to deliver (hard/soft bounces)
Engagement Metrics¶
- Opened — number of recipients who opened the email
- Clicked — number of recipients who clicked a link
- Unsubscribed — recipients who opted out
Real-time Data
Analytics data is updated in near real-time from the email delivery provider. Allow a few minutes after sending for metrics to populate.
Tips for Better Engagement¶
- Use clear, descriptive subject lines
- Personalize content with event-specific details
- Send at optimal times (Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-2pm)
- Keep emails concise and focused on a single call-to-action
