AI Features¶
The RU4M Backoffice integrates AI-powered content generation to help you create professional descriptions and emails faster. Instead of writing everything from scratch, you can use the AI assistant to generate text with a single click, then edit it to match your needs.
AI generation is available in two areas:

Event Descriptions
Generate descriptions for your event, organizer, sponsors, stands, agenda sessions, and giveaways — all within the event creation wizard.

Email Campaign
Generate email subject lines and body content when creating email campaigns to invite or notify people about your event.
Language
The AI assistant always generates content in the language you are currently using in the backoffice. If your interface is set to Serbian, AI will generate Serbian text. If set to English, it will generate English text. You can change the language at any time using the language switcher in the top right corner.
